Camp Nou, now branded Spotify Camp Nou, is FC Barcelona’s legendary stadium and one of football’s greatest landmarks. Opened in 1957 and designed by Francesc Mitjans and Josep Soteras, it became Europe’s largest stadium with nearly 99,000 seats and a symbol of Catalan pride. It has hosted World Cup and Olympic matches, Champions League finals, and countless unforgettable Barça nights. Today it is undergoing a massive renovation under the Espai Barça project, which will expand capacity to about 105,000 and modernize every aspect of the venue, with completion expected in 2027.
